Memphis Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center provides quality care on a short term, long term, and outpatient basis. The tradition of providing quality care has always been a priority for the Home. Our objective is to accurately assess each resident’s needs, so that we can provide the appropriate care for each individual. MJHRC provides care to a broad range of individuals.

Each resident is given a plan of care which is put together and continually reviewed by our interdisciplinary team. Periodic conferences are held with the resident and family to discuss this plan as well as to review clinical records, approaches, progress, and any concerns.
