For those with greater physical and/or cognitive impairments who need assistance with activities of daily living like dressing, bathing, toileting and eating, we provide long term care in a warm, caring and home-like environment. Assistance and nursing care is provided by specially trained certified nursing assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses who are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
An individualized plan of care is designed for each resident and can include services like:

- Therapeutic Recreation Services
- Wound Care Services
